Return Policy

Merchandise that has not been worn altered or damaged may be returned within 14 days of the order date.

 

All returned items must be unworn, complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable. There needs to be no evidence of stains or odours, failure to comply will result in goods being sent back.

Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of NMS CONCEPTS LIMITED.

 

Please note that we do not offer free returns. In the event that you've received an incorrect or faulty order, please contact us.

No returns will be accepted after 14 days. NMS CONCEPTS LIMITED will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. 

Returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
